Alternative Treatment for Diabetes

I’m 17 years old, very mature for my age, very smart when it comes to dealing with my health. Totally clean, I don’t drink, smoke, etc. Very involved in school.

Female, About 5′10, used to play softball so I have a lot of muscle, yet I do have quite a bit of fat that I’ve been trying to lose. I weigh somewhere around 185.
I work at a Smoothie Factory. We sell the diet supplement Lipodrene with 25mg Ephedra (Yellow). A guy that I worked with told me that it was basically crack deguised as a diet supplement, lol. I’ve been researching the supplement, and I have yet to read something that relates to that statement. All I have read about is how well it works!

Have you taken this supplement before?
What were the side effects you experienced if any?
What were your results?
How long did it take to see the results?
What kind of diet/excersise plan do you follow? Do you think it had anything to do with the result you saw while taking the supplement?

Also, one of the biggest concerns I have is whether or not this supplement would show up on a random drug test. At my school, we have a random drug test about once a month, and for some reason I am usually on the list. At least last year I was. But like I said, I am very involved, so, because of the Ephedra, if this supplement is going to show up on a drug test, I would rather not take the chance in taking it and testing positive for drug use and losing all my leadership positions.

Alright for the ones who answered, thanks, and I probably should have mentioned this…I work out almost everyday, whether it be running, dancing, strength training, playing a sport, spinning, yoga, pilates, you name it I do it. I actually DO eat healthy, I don’t eat junk food, and I know the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for the sarcastic answers. I’m wondering about the SUPPLEMENT. My mom has a thyroid issue, my dad has diabetes. I’m the healthiest one in my family. For some reason, nothing I do seems to be working, so I’m looking for a supplement for assistance. If someone could tell me about the SUPPLEMENT itself, not my lifestyle, that would be great, thanks.
