That may be something to raise your eyebrow at. I have also heard amazing things about it, but with those things comes the long list of side effects and deaths which is why the FDA is all over it. Apparently they banned the pure stuff late 2003 and all the supplements now that apparently have minimal traces of Ephedra in them are just knockoffs. I would also like to point out that ephedrine is an illegal substance that is set by Olympic committees and the World Anti-Doping Agency. Those are my $0.02.
