It sounds like he doesn't trust your answers or, he's just being careful or, ? We've had two doctors and one dentist billing insurance companies, I should say "over-billing them" both have had thier licenses suspended, if you went into one doctors office for, say a cold, you would end up with several referrals and all week running for tests all to no avail. The insurance billings would be enormous. There are limits to these "referrals" and, tests I would think.
